This Speaker Center will be used to submit information required for your participation in the 2024 Tandem Meetings by use of the Navigation Pane on the left side of the screen. The Tandem Meetings Planning Team recommends bookmarking this page, so that you can easily access it when important information is due.
Below is an overview of what to expect in each section and requirements you are to complete.
Confirm Speaker Profile
Please review your contact information and make any necessary updates before saving.
If you would like contact emails sent to a personal email address or administrative assistant, please include that information here.
Add your Twitter handle, phonetic spelling of your name, and a personal introduction that your session chair can use when introducing you to the audience.
Action Items per Session
View the lefthand navigation to see your roles and select the available session titles to access and complete your requirements. Important Dates are also listed under each Session Role.
*If you are participating in multiple sessions, be sure to select each session title to submit all the information required for each session. Each module that appears must be completed.
Depending on your role at the Tandem Meetings, you may have multiple modules to complete in this section.

Browse the Speaker Marketing Kit for a sample copy you can use on emails and within your own social media networks, as well as a Tandem Meetings branded PowerPoint slide deck that can be used to create your presentation.
Stipend Details
- Oral and Poster Abstract Presenters are ineligible for a stipend.
- ASTCT, CIBMTR and NMDP staff and government employees are ineligible for a stipend.
- Tandem Meeting Speakers are eligible for a stipend only if indicated specifically by the Meeting Organizers. This information can be found within the invitation letter.
- Speakers who are eligible for a stipend receive one stipend regardless of the number of speaking roles.

Finanical Disclosure Form
Many healthcare professionals have financial relationships with ACCME® defined ineligible companies. These relationships must not be allowed to influence accredited continuing education. Financial relationships of any dollar amount are defined as relevant if the educational content is related to the business lines or products of the ineligible company.
The Medical College of Wisconsin collects information from all planners, faculty, and others in control of educational content about all their financial relationships with ineligible companies within the prior 24 months. There is no minimum financial threshold; individuals must disclose all financial relationships, regardless of the amount, with ineligible companies. Individuals must disclose regardless of their view of the relevance of the relationship to the education.
An ineligible company is a company whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients.

Requirement for only the Administrative Directors, Advanced Practice Providers, Clinical Research Professionals/Data Management, Nursing and Pharmacy Track Speakers:
To comply with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) policies and procedures, all faculty participating in ANCC and ACPE accredited activities, including those participating in the Administrative Directors, Advanced Practice Providers, Clinical Research Professionals/Data Management, Nursing and Pharmacy Tracks, are required to upload a Curriculum Vitae or Resume.
